- We shall not be liable for any errors or the correctness of the information provided in this package or in any advertisements or materials disseminated pertaining or the property.
- Successful bidder is responsible for purchases, once purchased, it is the bidder’s responsibility for the arrangements of removing the item off Town of Churchill property.
